This park is opposite the once furious Long Sault rapids around which voyageurs protaged on their way up the Ottawa River. The Carillon dam raised water levels and created a shoreline of marshes and inlets full of birds and wildlife. Explore on foot, by canoe or, in winter, on skis. Educational programs are in French and English.
