Description:

Located on the Ottawa River in historic L’Orignal, Ontario, this 18 acre campground has 50 seasonal lots and 10 transient lots available for rent.

All seasonal lots have electricity (30 amps), water & sewer hookups (included in rent) and telephone and cable TV services available at an additional cost. Transient lots have a mix of serviced (30 amps & water), and un-serviced lots.

There is a service building which contains bathrooms, sinks, showers and coin laundromat. There is easy access to a sandy beach, tennis courts, ball park, playground, picnic area and boat launch. Security is provided by a night watch man and day time staff. Leashed pets are allowed on the campground. (Follow this link for rates)

Description:

The L’Orignal Marina, on the Ottawa River, half way between Ottawa and Montreal, is situated at latitude 45 37.27 N and longitude 74 41.32 W. The Marina opens in May on the Victoria Day weekend and closes on Thanksgiving weekend in October. Dockage is offered on a seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily basis. There are 47 seasonal docks and 12 transient slips available for rent. Some seasonal docks include access to electricity and water.

Marina attendants are on duty on weekends in May, June, September and October and full time during July and August to assist boaters and security is on site during the night. There is a large, clean comfort station available to boaters which includes free washroom and shower facilities. Gas, ice and water are for sale and pumpouts are available free with the purchase of $100.00 of gas.

The boat launch is available on a pay per use or seasonal basis.
