To support Ontarians through the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, the Government of Ontario is providing immediate electricity rate relief for families, small businesses and farms paying time-of-use (TOU) rates.

For the purposes of this order, businesses include any-for-profit, non-profit or other entity providing the goods and services described herein.
This does not preclude the provision of work and services by entities not on this list either online, by telephone or by mail/delivery.
Note that teleworking and online commerce are permitted at all times for all businesses.

A reminder to be careful what you flush
Wet wipes, paper towels and facial tissues can clog pipes
We recognize that many residents may be increasing their use of disinfectant wipes, paper towels and facial tissues in response to COVID-19.
We would like to remind residents not to flush wet wipes of any kind. Despite what some packaging says, wipes are not flushable. Paper towels and facial tissues also do not belong in the toilet. These items cannot be flushed because they do not break down like toilet...

As a result of the current emergency situation we wish to advise that the Household Hazardous Waste Day Collection, scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2020 has been cancelled.
The next collection event scheduled for October 3, 2020 has not been cancelled.
