Description

PR Transpo is offering on-demand transportation service in Prescott-Russell area. Two buses are in operation with two adapted seat and a bike rack. Routes are set up according to transportation requests and is available Monday to Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 9 .m *No Service on Sundays and public holidays. Download the Blaise Transit App, select your departure location and time, your arrival location and time and the number of passengers and hit Submit.

Booking

Make your reservation between 5 days to one hour before the desired departure:

  • Through Blaise Transit App on your smartphone;
  • Online on Blaise Transit Web App;
  • On the phone at 1-844-957-0533 (Only from Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Download the Blaise Transit App from the Apple App Store or download the Application through Google Play Store. If you don't have a smartphone, you can access the Blaise Transit web App.


Rates

  • Minimum fixed rate of $5 per trip;
  • $1 for the first 10 kilometres; and
  • $0.25 for additional kilometres.

Payment Methods

You can pay by credit card, debit visa/mastercard, or with the tickets you already have on hand. If you are paying by ticket, enter the serial number (including the hyphens: example B-ADU-0012345) indicated on the ticket when making your reservation. This will be used to pay for your trip and if the fare is less than the amount of your ticket, a credit will be posted to your Blaise account. We recommend that you enter all your tickets in advance in order to create your credit.


Accessible Services

PR Transpo's vehicles are fully accessible. They have low floors that make boarding easier and two reserved spaces for customers using an assistive mobility device or assistive device. In addition, both buses are equipped with a lift for boarding.

To use the service, you must be able to get to the boarding point and board the bus by yourself or with the help of a support person. The support person who accompanies a user in a wheelchair, walker or who holds an Access 2 card boards free of charge and must present it to the driver.

Each bus can accommodate a limit of 2 wheelchairs on the same route, including only one motorized wheelchair. These seats can be reserved depending on the space available.

For an individualized and customized transportation service, please contact one of our two community partners, both of these agencies provide paid services to people 55 years of age and older, having a medical appointment in Prescott and Russell and/or outside, as well as in the major centres:
