There are four school boards in the region of Champlain:
- Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario (CEPEO): oversees Eastern Ontario's French-language-based public schools
- Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l’Est ontarien (CSDCEO): oversees Eastern Ontario's French-language-based catholic schools
- Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario (CDSBEO): oversees Eastern Ontario's English-language-based catholic schools
- Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB): oversees Eastern Ontario's English-language-based public schools
