Champlain Township Opens Application Period for 2025 Municipal Financial Support Program

Champlain Township, September 5, 2024 – Champlain Township is pleased to announce that the application period for its 2025 Municipal Financial Support Program is now open. From September 4 to October 15, 2024, local organizations, community groups, and non-profits can apply for a variety of financial assistance to support their projects and initiatives aimed at benefiting the Champlain Township community.

The Township offers several types of financial support, tailored to meet the needs of diverse organizations and events:

  • Community Grant – General funding for initiatives that benefit the community.
  • Special Event Grant – Financial support for organizing significant community events.
  • Sponsorship - Facility Usage Allowance – Coverage or discount on the use of Township facilities for community activities.
  • Sponsorship - Level A – Sponsorship under $250.
  • Sponsorship - Level B – Sponsorship between $250 and $999.
  • Sponsorship - Level C – Sponsorship exceeding $1,000.

  • Application Period: September 4, 2024 – October 15, 2024
  • Submission Deadline: Midnight on October 15, 2024
  • Submission to Council : Committee of the Whole Meeting - November 14, 2024 at 5 p.m.

How to Apply: Applications must be submitted online via the Champlain Township website. Detailed guidelines and application forms are available on the site. All supporting documents must be uploaded by the deadline.
