Champlain, March 7, 2024- Have YOUR Say: Champlain Township Infrastructure Survey

What is your current experience with Champlain Township's infrastructure? Take our survey and tell us what you think! The information collected will help us improve our services to you. The survey will only take a few minutes and will remain confidential. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

Your feedback is important to us. To show you how much we appreciate the time you will take to help us improve our current infrastructure services, all those who will complete this survey will be entered to win a $100 Foodland gift card.
