SPRING GARBAGE COLLECTION
The Spring Garbage Collection will be taking place in various parts of the municipality during the weeks of May 11, 18 and 25. Please, verify the schedule for your sector.
Spring Garbage Collection schedule
Place all items no later than 7 a.m. on the Monday of the respective week and not earlier than the weekend prior to your schedules pickup. No vehicles will return to an area if pickup has already occurred.
Electronic and electrical equipment will be collected by RECYCLE-ACTION the same week as your spring garbage collection. Please separate electronic and electric equipment from the other household garbage at the curbside.
MUNICIPAL LANDFILL
The Municipal Landfill site, located at 1897 Cassburn Road, L’Orignal will be open on Saturday, May 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th, 2020, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon for the disposal of compostable materials ONLY (branches, leaves, grass clippings etc.). Strict protocols are put in place to ensure the safety of employees and residents.
