Proof of Vaccination - Effective September 22, 2021

Patrons seeking access to the following areas of the premises must show proof of identification and proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before they can enter the area.

Proof of vaccination is required for:

  • Youth under 18 years of age spectating, including at sporting events.

  • Adult (18+) patrons accessing the facility for any purpose, including parents or guardians of youth participating in an organized sport.

  • Patron entering to solely use the washroom or purchase food from the canteen.

  • Meetings, events, fitness classes for 12 years old and older.

  • Funeral and Weddings - Social gatherings (reception) for 12 years old and older.

Proof isn't required for:

  • Youth under 18 years of age actively participating in an organized sport, including training, practices, games, and competitions.

  • Coaches and officials, workers and volunteers actively participating in an organized sport, including training, practices, games, and competitions.

  • Workers, contractors, repair workers, delivery workers, volunteers, inspectors or others who are entering the premises for work purposes and as patrons.

  • Funerals and Weddings -Services, rites or ceremonies for 12 years old and older.

 Reception Hall (36 Mill Street, Vankleek Hill)

The Vankleek Hill reception hall is located in the Community Centre on the second floor. It is available year round for meetings, weddings and other social events.

 Chalet Abri (772 Front Road West, L'Orignal)

This waterfront hall is located in L'Orignal Park and will accommodate up to 100 people. There is a kitchen on-site for all your event needs.

 Arena (36 Mill Street, Vankleek Hill)

The Vankleek Hill Arena offers ice time for numerous activities including hockey, broomball, skating lessons and free skating periods. This facility is also available during summer for corporate events, conventions, trade shows, receptions and parties.
