Champlain’s “Be more ACTIVE” check list for this Spring & Summer

Our BE MORE ACTIVE fitness classes will resume in the fall. Until then, we encourage you to take advantage of all the great amenities in our community including our parks, beach, marina, camping and outdoor facilities.

We continue to support and promote health and fitness in our community by organizing and supporting many great events that can help entertain your friends and family and encourage them to BE MORE ACTIVE this summer.

To do this, we have created a summer check list of activities we encourage you to add to your calendar;

Check sign Enjoy a walk or bike ride on the 72KM Prescott- Russell Recreational Trail

Check sign Vankleek Hill Sports Club – Organization that offers minor sports in the evenings

Check sign Spend a weekend at the L’Orignal Campground with beach with L’Orignal Marina access

Check sign Relax, breath and enjoy Yoga on the beach in L’Orignal. Email for more information.
