Councillor Paul Emile Duval

Ward 1 - Vankleek Hill

Being retired, I have plenty of time to help taxpayers who have concerns. My phone will always be on. My priorities can be achieved if Council members work as a team, for the better of Champlain Township. There is no "I" in TEAM.

Working with staff and respecting their opinion and experience in their field is an asset for all councillors. I will work with the heads of department to help promote all four wards as equally as possible.
