Located in the heart of Vankleek Hill, the Champlain Public Library is a welcoming community space offering books, digital resources, technology, programs and services for residents of all ages.
With a collection of more than 17,000 items, public computers, free Wi-Fi, eBooks, audiobooks, museum and Ontario Parks passes, and year-round programs for children and adults, the Library is a place to learn, connect and explore.

Membership
Library membership is free for residents of the Canton de Champlain and the Township of East Hawkesbury. Non-resident memberships are also available for an annual fee.
