Water & Sewer Bills Pick Up Options – Canada Post Strike

Champlain, September 7, 2025 - UPDATE: Water & Sewer Bills – Canada Post Strike 

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, water and sewer bills cannot be delivered by mail. For residents who are not registered for e-billing, the following options are available to access your bill:

1. Pick up your bill in person

• Town Hall – 948 Pleasant Corner Rd. East, Vankleek Hill

  • Bills for all wards are available here. Business hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m,, Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• Building Office – 925 County Rd 17, L’Orignal.

  • For properties in L’Orignal only. Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (closed 12:00–1:00 p.m.

• Champlain Public Library – 94 Main Street, Vankleek Hill 
  • For properties in Vankleek Hill only. Check library opening hours here.

2. Obtain your bill total by phone

Call 613-678-3003 (option 2, then option 1).

3. Desjardins-Laurentian Park Sector

Bills for residents in this sector have been handed to our By-Law Officer, who will deliver them door-to-door.

Please note: There will be no extension to the payment due date.
