Champlain Library serves all of Champlain Township including L’Orignal and West Hawkesbury. Residents of the Township of East Hawkesbury can also have a free membership to the Champlain library services.

  • Collection of over 17,000 items (including books, audiobooks, large print books, DVDs, CDs and magazines)

  • free access to computers and free internet and/or wi-fi

  • free access to digital e-books and e-audio books through Overdrive

  • quiet work areas to do research, homework or to just relax and read

  • free admission for the family to many museums

Membership

 Residents of Champlain

Library membership is free to all residents of Champlain Township and to the residents of the Township of East Hawkesbury upon proof of residence.

Children who attend schools in the Township of Champlain but reside outside of the Township may also obtain free membership upon showing proof of residence.

 Non-residents

Non-residents may purchase a library card for an annual fee.

Saturday: 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Sunday:  Closed
