Champlain's Be More Active winter session program will be begin on April 8 for 9 weeks. Classes offered this session are:

  • Cardio Fit, Mondays at 7:15 p.m. (Vankleek Hill)
  • Adult Fit, Wednesday at 10 a.m. (Vankleek Hill)
  • Step Fit, Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. (L'Orignal), and
  • Vinyasa Yoga. Thursdays at 6 p.m. (L'Orignal)
