Step Into Wellness This Fall: Join Our 4-Week Walking Series!
CMHA Wellness Walk is a free, community-based program that supports mental and physical well-being through gentle outdoor walks, nature-based education, and social connection. Each session offers a chance to enjoy the healing power of nature, get active, and connect with others in a safe, supportive space.
Wellness Walk sessions run once a week for four consecutive weeks, with each walk lasting between 30 and 60 minutes. By registering, you're signing up to participate each week as part of the full four-week series.

- Plantagenet
- Alfred
- Hawkesbury
Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Walks happen rain or shine, so come prepared for the weather and join us on the path to wellness!
Dates: September 23, September 30, October 7 and October 14 (Consecutive Wednesday mornings)
Destination: Prescott and Russel Recreational Trail in Vankleek Hill. 5140 Ontario 34, Champlain, ON.
Bus Pick-Up Schedule
- Leaving Bourget at 9:30am
- 9:30 am-Bourget Community Center
- 9:50 am-Plantagenet, Equipe de santé familiale de Plantagenet
- 10:00 am -Alfred, Parc Larocque parking lot on Hwy 17
- 10:25 am -Hawkesbury, Robert Hartley Sportsplex
Self-Drive Option: Meet at the main parking lot at the Prescott Russel Recreational trail, Vankleek Hill, at 10:45am

Snacks provided, but budget is limited.
Please bring your own if you have dietary needs. Don't forget a water bottle!
