The Township of Champlain is inviting local organizations, community groups and event organizers to apply for financial assistance through its 2027 Municipal Grants and Sponsorship Programs.
Applications are open from October 15 to November 15, 2026.
These programs support initiatives, events and services that help keep Champlain residents active, healthy and engaged in their community.
Who Can Apply?
Funding opportunities are available to eligible organizations whose activities primarily benefit Champlain residents, including:
- Community Grants: Registered not-for-profit organizations delivering community programs and services.
- Special Event Grants: Not-for-profit organizations organizing community events that promote recreation, culture, tourism and local economic activity.
- Sponsorships: Community groups, not-for-profit organizations and eligible businesses organizing events or initiatives that benefit Champlain residents.
- Facility Usage Allowances: Eligible community organizations seeking financial support toward the rental of Township facilities.
How to Apply
Organizations must review the eligibility requirements for their chosen program and submit their applications online by November 15, 2026.
Funding requests will be reviewed as part of the Township's 2027 budget process. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
