Property Taxes - Monthly Payments

Spread your property tax payments over 11 monthly withdrawals, from January to November. Payments are withdrawn from your bank account on the 15th of each month.

How It Works

Your first six monthly payments are based on the previous year's taxes. Once the current year's taxes are finalized, your remaining five payments are adjusted accordingly.

Payment Notices

You will receive two payment notices each year:

  • December: Your first six monthly payment amounts.
  • July: Your remaining five monthly payment amounts, adjusted to reflect your current year's taxes.

Eligibility

Your property tax account must be paid in full to enroll (excluding drainage invoices). Supplementary tax bills are not included in this plan and must be paid separately.

Application Deadline

Apply between January 1 and June 30 to participate in the current year's plan. Applications received after July 1 will take effect on January 1 of the following year.
