Monthly Payment Plan
Payments are withdrawn on the 15th of each month from January through November (11 withdrawals).
- The first six payments are based on the previous year's taxes.
- The remaining five payments are adjusted based on the current year's final tax levy.
Twice a year, you will receive a notice indicating the changes to your withdrawals, in December of the previous year and in June of the current year.
Application deadline: Apply between January 1 and June 30 to participate in the current year's plan. Applications received after July 1 will take effect on January 1 of the following year.
Important Notice
Your tax account must be paid in full before enrolling (excluding drainage invoices) in the monthly payment plan. Supplementary tax bills are not included in the PAP Plan and must be paid separately.
